Anime Watch Order

Tokyo Ghoul watch order

Season 1, √A, then :re. Note that :re follows the manga, not √A.

  1. Tokyo Ghoul (TV, 2014)
  2. Tokyo Ghoul √A (TV, 2015 — goes off the manga's path)
  3. Tokyo Ghoul:re (TV, 2018)
  4. Tokyo Ghoul:re Season 2 (TV, 2018)

√A and :re don't line up. Many fans read manga volumes 8–14 between Season 1 and :re instead of watching √A.
